Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to dig a little deeper beyond the eye candy of those front page photos to meet me and explore how I can possibly help you along your journey. I look forward to connecting soon!
My Story
My path to becoming a full-time therapist has been shaped by both intention and life’s unexpected turns. I began graduate school in 2005 at DePaul University with a deep desire to support others through therapy, eventually graduating in 2008. That year marked the beginning of a global recession, and shortly after, I relocated from Chicago to the Seattle area. The timing made it difficult to step directly into clinical practice, so I pivoted—leveraging my graduate training to build a fulfilling career as a people leader and business strategist.

Over the past 17 years, I’ve honed the skills of empathy, communication, and leadership in fast-paced environments. Now, I’ve returned to my original calling with renewed purpose, dedicating myself fully to private practice. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s complexities, heal old wounds, and grow into a more grounded and empowered version of themselves. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
As a humanistic therapist grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I believe every person is the hero of their own story. My work is centered on creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and deeply supported.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, loneliness, and the complexities of relationships and career transitions. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and how unconscious patterns shape your present—and work toward greater self-awareness, healing, and sustainable inner growth.
Therapy is not just about overcoming pain; it’s about reconnecting with your strength, your values, and your vision for a more fulfilling life.

Outside of work, I’m deeply energized by time with family including a great dane, traveling, and capturing moments through photography, especially long exposure and night photography. I’ve recently rekindled my love for black-and-white film and the art of developing it—there’s something powerful about slowing down and embracing the analog. I’ve also gotten back into brewing kombucha, which I find both meditative and delightfully experimental.
When I’m not behind the lens or checking my fermentation jars, I’m soaking up global perspectives through eclectic and world music, podcasts, and—if I’m being honest—video games I probably enjoy more than I should. These passions give me fresh insight, creativity, and a healthy sense of play that I bring to every aspect of my life and outlook.
